Start by forcing your AI to run SP Refresh. Then load your curriculum, dossier, raw Claude and Codex JSON logs, the files and outputs you built, and your Jay x Rich materials. Only after it reads and checks all of that should it run /sp-ctd-roadmap.
There are no dates in it. Not a 30-day plan, not a 90-day plan. Just a queue with a clear next. Burn through it in two weeks or come back in six months — it's still next when you open it.

Go to Day 2, choose your name, and use the button at the top of your page. Enter the email you registered for Connect the Dots with. The download starts as soon as the server verifies your email.
The download includes your client-only consultation transcript and Rich's AI analysis. If the button is not on your page yet, tell your AI that the materials are missing. Do not let it invent or borrow transcript content.

This order matters. The roadmap skill runs only after the source check is complete.
First, run /sp-refresh now. Do not continue until it completes, and tell me what it synced. Then go to aistrategist.com/ctd6/day2, choose my name, and tell me to download my Jay x Rich materials if they are available. After the download, check my recent downloads and ingest the full Jay x Rich consultation transcript and Rich's AI analysis. Read my Connect the Dots curriculum and dossier. Then read the raw JSON logs from my Claude and Codex sessions for this weekend. Include work created through Bash, shell commands, MCP tools, Write, or Edit; verify the real files and outputs on disk so you separate what we discussed, what exists, what actually ran, and what reached a real person or system. Once you have read and checked all of that, run /sp-ctd-roadmap. Build a sequence-first roadmap from the full record. Do not invent dates and do not give me a generic 30/60/90 plan. Tell me the first item and why it comes first.
