The roadmap must come from what happened this weekend, not from memory or a generic plan.
Start by forcing your AI to run SP Refresh. Then load your curriculum, dossier, raw Claude and Codex JSON logs, the files and outputs you built, and your one-on-one materials. Only after it reads and checks all of that should it run /sp-ctd-roadmap.
There are no dates in it. Not a 30-day plan, not a 90-day plan. Just a queue with a clear next. Burn through it in two weeks or come back in six months — it's still next when you open it.
Have your one-on-one materials to hand before you start.
Most of you downloaded them yesterday — they are already in your downloads folder. If your session was today, go to Day 2, choose your name, and use the button at the top. Nothing to enter.
They are the most important input the roadmap reads: your consultation transcript with Rich and his AI analysis. If you cannot find yours, say so and build without it — then re-run once you have it, because the order may change. Do not let your AI invent or borrow transcript content.

This order matters. The roadmap skill runs only after the source check is complete.
First, run /sp-refresh now. Do not continue until it completes. Then find my one-on-one materials with Rich — check my downloads folder first, since I most likely already have them. If I do not, go to aistrategist.com/ctd7/day2, choose my name, and use the button at the top of my page. Ingest the full consultation transcript and Rich's AI analysis. Read my Connect the Dots curriculum and dossier. Then read the raw JSON logs from my Claude and Codex sessions for this weekend. Include work created through Bash, shell commands, MCP tools, Write, or Edit; verify the real files and outputs on disk so you separate what we discussed, what exists, what actually ran, and what reached a real person or system. Once you have read and checked all of that, run /sp-ctd-roadmap. Before you build anything, interview me: ask how I would best like to approach this roadmap, and how many days I want it to cover. Wait for my answers, then build it from the full record.
The one line to remember: refresh, read the record, then run the roadmap.
